15-Hour Micro-Wedding & Reception Package

A Few Things to Know About this Package

  • Includes 75 Guests. 
  • Guests may be added for an Additional Guest Fee of $25.00 per guest.
  • Choice of ceremony locations. 
  • A 2-hour Planning Session and a 2-hour Rehearsal during which one of our knowledgeable staff members will work through the details of your day to ensure that your vision comes to fruition. 
  • Access to the venue property with your photographer for a 2-hour, pre-event photoshoot for your Save-the-Date, Engagement, Bridal Portrait, etc. 
  • Music of your choice played throughout your event. We have an excellent sound system with speakers everywhere that allow for continuity of sound for your guests wherever they go inside or out. So, unless you just had your heart set on spending money on a DJ...
  • Chairs for indoor ceremonies will be provided and set up for you. 
  • The indoor seating capacity in The Stone House Chapel, using HH&A’s chairs, is a maximum of 30-Guests. Should your seated guest count exceed 30 and you still wish to hold your ceremony inside, we are happy to oblige. Please understand, however, that in this instance some would need to stand during the ceremony. We leave that decision to you. 
  • Chairs for seating at our outdoor arbors are not provided by HH&A and therefore must be rented by you. We are happy to provide recommendations for affordable event rental companies.
  • The Stone House Chapel is lightly decorated with silk flowers and lots of flameless candles. You can use our decor as is or add to it with decor of your own.
  • We have an array of beautiful cake stands in various heights and sizes (both glass and embossed metal) and a gorgeous antique wooden Monk’s table to use as your cake and toasting table.
  • We have a multitude of serving platters and utensils, wooden and marble charcuterie boards, an extensive collection of glass vases, vintage silver champagne buckets and punch bowls for icing wine or champagne bottles, easels for signs (large and small), some floral décor, and much more, available for you to use at no charge.
  • We provide garden tables and chairs for outdoor dining (with seating for up to 50 guests), plus five 6'-folding tables, two 6' picnic tables if additional outdoor seating is needed, numerous buffet and serving tables, including a beautiful, large farm table, an eclectic collection of outdoor table lanterns, candle holders, and flameless candles, four galvanized drink troughs in various sizes, an insulated ice-cart for clean ice, and a small freezer on the patio for storing bags of ice. 
  • We do not provide linens.

  • This is a DIY wedding and reception, and as such (aside from certain aspects of set up which are provided by the venue) you and/or your helpers are responsible for your set up, including table settings and other décor, food, cake, and beverage set up and service, etc.  
  • A staff member will be here before you arrive onsite. They will be present for the first hour to answer questions from your helpers and vendors and direct them as necessary, so you don’t have to, and so that your vision is properly executed. 
  • When it’s time for your ceremony, an HH&A staff member will get the bride, groom, and wedding party lined up for the wedding processional. They will play your music throughout your event, and later they will drive the bride around the property on our golf cart during your couple’s photoshoot.  
  • While our staff member is not considered a day-of-wedding coordinator and will not be at your event the entire time, they will never leave the property and will be available as necessary throughout the duration of your big day. Their goal is to do everything possible to help your day go smoothly and ensure that your day is as stress-free as possible! But we still don't consider them a day-of wedding coordinator.


  • We love marrying people and are happy to offer our in-house officiant services for $175.00. We are also happy to provide you with our list of referrals for outside officiants.
  • Wedding Liability Insurance is required. Among other things, this insurance provides Host Liquor Liability coverage, so we do not require a TABC bartender.
  • Onsite Security is required if alcohol is being served, and/or if your guest count is 30 guests or more regardless of whether or not alcohol is being served (some exceptions apply and are at the discretion of HH&A’s venue management).
  • Climate-controlled indoor spaces. 
  • There are two bathrooms in The Stone House; a guest bathroom and a dedicated bathroom in the Bridal Dressing Room. There is a third bathroom located in the Ruby Chapel/Private Movie Theater.
  • Seasonally appropriate Patio Heaters and Evaporation Coolers are available for use on the patio. 
  • A Fire in the Fireplace may be added as an optional service for coziness and ambience in those chilly winter months.
  • An appropriate number of trash cans and trash bags will be provided by HH&A.
  • Optional Post-Event Cleaning Service. If you would prefer to leave with just the things you brought and let us handle the mess. 
  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

Festivity / Bundle Package

Bundle Packages include everything! The Stone House Chapel, bistro patio, porches, 3 arbors, all outdoor areas, PLUS The Ruby Chapel / Private Movie Theater. Ceremonies may be held in The Stone House, Courtyard or Meadow Arbors. The Ruby is the perfect Guys Get Ready Room. Also, great as added reception space for cocktails, videos, slideshows, watching sports, karaoke, live performances, photo-booth room, etc. And, it adds a 3rd bathroom, which guests always appreciate.

Upon submission of your Inquiry Form, you will instantly receive several emails with information about booking one of our Micro-Wedding & Reception Packages.

2. Schedule a Tour or Call

We would LOVE to show you around in person or talk about your plans and answer questions over the phone so that you can decide if our beautiful venue is a fit for your vision.

 

Please reply to our email with some dates and times that would be convenient for you to come for a tour or get on a call, and we will email you a confirmation with a time that works for both of us.

3. Book Your Date & Time

If you LOVE our venue the way we think you will, then it's on to the next step... Pick your package and book your date and time. Easy peasy! 


Once you settle on a date, package, and time, we will email you a Booking Proposal confirming the details of your booking or asking questions if we need additional information. 


Upon your confirmation that the details are correct, we will prepare your Rental Agreement docs, which will be emailed to you along with our payment options. 


When your Rental Agreement docs are signed and your Event Rental Deposit is received, you will become officially BOOKED!
