Time for cake & a toast on your special day with 12 of your favorite peeps!


  • Includes 12 Guests. 
  • Up to two guests may be added for an Additional Guest Fee of $40.00 per guest. The maximum total guests for this package is 14.  
  • Who does not count as a guest: The couple and vendors such as photographer/videographer, officiant, or other vendors working or dropping off at your event.
  • Who counts as a guest: Anyone else attending the celebration, including children who can stand/walk independently.      
  • Your Ceremony will be held at The Stone House Chapel, lightly decorated with silk flowers and lots of candles, ready for you to "Walk-in & Wed.”
  • You’ll walk down the aisle, dance, and celebrate to music selected by you, played by us.
  • Officiant included (or you may bring your own).  
  • We have two Ordained Ministers on staff who love marrying our couples and would be honored to marry you. You are, of course, welcome to bring whomever you like to officiate your Ceremony; be it your Clergyman, your BFF, your sister Sally, your uncle Bob, or someone you hire online. As long as they are legally ordained, you’re good to go.
  • If you choose to be married by one of our Officiants, we will write a personalized Ceremony Script that reflects your relationship, style, and beliefs. You may choose to write personal vows or have us write repeat-after-me vows for you.
  • After you exchange your vows and say your “I Do’s,” your officiant will complete and sign your marriage license. If you’re using one of our officiants, we’re happy to mail it to the County Clerk’s Office for you—postage included. Prefer faster processing? You can also hand-deliver it to the County Clerk’s Office, and they will record it while you wait.

  • You will have access to our lovely dressing suite, where you can get dressed and prepare for your ceremony. Due to time constraints, you will need to arrive with hair & makeup done. 
  • This package includes time for cake and a toast. 
  • We provide an elegantly decorated Cake & Toasting Table, including disposable Champagne flutes, plates, forks, napkins, a cake stand, a cake-cutting set, and setup and cleanup.
  • You provide the cake, Champagne (allowed for toasting only), or a non-alcoholic bubbly of your choice.   
  • Plenty of time for a 1st Dance to music of your choice. 
  • With this package, you’ve also got time to capture great photos. 
  • Hiring a professional wedding photographer to capture your special day is highly recommended. 
  • We have an excellent collection of talented photographers on our referral list that we would love to share with you. Many offer mini sessions at great prices, even for our smallest weddings.

  • Event Liability Insurance is required. Don't worry, the cost of coverage is nominal and worth it. Click Here for Event Insurance Information
  • Beautiful climate-controlled indoor spaces.
  • An abundance of fabulous outdoor areas offering a variety of photo-op settings. 
  • If you need to book outside our posted hours or scheduling parameters, contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • If you would like to include more guests, serve food & beverages other than just cake & bubbly for toasting at your reception, have extra time for wedding photos, or simply prefer a slightly more relaxed pace even without the additional guests, please consider our 4-hour "Mini-Micro" or other Micro-Wedding Packages.

This package includes time to eat cake and make a toast! You are responsible for providing your cake, Champagne, or other Bubbly-of-Choice for toasting. We provide everything else! Your ceremony will be held in The Stone House Chapel, and you will have use of all outdoor areas for photographs.

PLEASE NOTE: This package is available only in the first half of the day, ending by 1:00 PM, on Premium & Specialty Dates (some exceptions apply). 1. Tell Us What Would Make Your Day Perfect!

We would LOVE to be a part of making your wedding everything you have imagined it to be... Simply, Beautifully, and Affordably! 


To get the ball rolling, all you need to do is submit the Wedding Inquiry Form located on our Contact Us page. 


Upon our receipt of your Inquiry Form, we will instantly send you several emails with information about booking one of our “Walk-in & Wed” Elopement Packages.

2. Schedule a Call

We would LOVE to schedule a call to talk about your plans and answer your questions so that you can decide if our beautiful venue is a fit for your vision. 


Please reply to our email with some dates and times that would be convenient for you to get on a call. We will email you a confirmation for a time that works for both of us. 


On this call we will also collect the information needed to book your wedding.


REGARDING TOURS: In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we are unable to offer tours for our "Walk-in & Wed" Packages. However, we feel confident that if you visit our Inspiration Galleries of Real Weddings and see the memories we have helped to create for others, you will see how your most special day will look as well.

SCHEDULE A CALL

3. Book Your Date & Time

If you LOVE our venue the way we think you will, then it's on to the next step... Pick your package and book your date and time. Easy peasy!


Once you settle on a package, date, and time, we will send you a Booking Confirmation email confirming the details of your booking or asking questions if we need additional information. 


Upon your confirmation that the details are correct, we will prepare your Rental Agreement documents and email them to you along with our payment options. 


When your Rental Agreement docs are signed, and your Event Rental Fee is received, you will become officially BOOKED! 

    

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING “WALK-IN & WED” BOOKINGS: On Mondays - Thursdays, and Friday mornings, our 2-hr Package may be booked as far in advance as you like. On Saturdays, Sundays, and our Specialty & Premium Dates, this package may be booked only in the first half of the day, ending by 1:00 PM, and a minimum of 1 month in advance (some exceptions may apply). A list of Specialty & Premium Dates can be found on our 2025 Packages & Pricing List, which will be emailed to you when you submit your Inquiry Form. If you want to book on dates & times not offered for our 2-hour package, please take a look at our Micro-Wedding Packages.

LET'S GET STARTED

4. Obtain Your Marriage License

You may obtain your Marriage License from any County Clerk’s Office in the State of Texas, or other State that allows for out-of-state marriages.


Remember, your Marriage License must be obtained at least 72 hours, but not more than 90 days, prior to your wedding.

5. Show Up on Time

Arrive at your agreed-upon event time, spouse-to-be on your arm (you both must be present, LOL), with a valid Marriage License and valid government-issued photo IDs in hand (the names must match those on your Marriage License). And the rings. Don't forget the rings!

6. Walk Down the Aisle and Say "I Do"

After you exchange vows, say your "I Do's," and share cake and a toast with your guests, your Officiant will complete and sign your Marriage License. 

  

Extra Bonus: If you’re using one of our officiants, we’re happy to mail your Marriage License to the County Clerk’s Office for you—postage included. Prefer faster processing? You can also hand-deliver it to the County Clerk’s Office, and they will record it while you wait.

7. Live Happily Ever After

Voila! After 2-hrs of sharing your special day with friends and family, you’ll be off to start your new life together as a Happily Married Couple.
