Micro-Wedding & DIY Reception Packages are available to Active-Duty Military, National Guard, Military Reserve, Veterans, 1st Responders (police officers, firefighters, and EMTs), and Teachers as our sincere thank-you for your service.
Discounts do not apply to "Walk-in & Wed", Special Events, or Premium Date and Specialty Date bookings.
TOURS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. The Heirloom Hideaway is a private venue and is NOT open to the public. To prevent interruptions to weddings, special events, tours, planning sessions or rehearsals, building maintenance, grounds work, etc., that take place throughout the week, we ask that you PLEASE NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
A $100 Rescheduling Fee applies to booked events rescheduled after the Event Rental Agreement documents have been sent.
HH&A reserves the right to amend Packages & Pricing, Amenities & Inclusions, and Policies & Procedures. Of course, once booked your Event Rental Fee is not subject to change unless the booking is modified by you.
