A Few Things to Know About this Package

  • Includes 30 Guests. 
  • Guests may be added for an Additional Guest Fee of $25.00 per guest.
  • The Stone House Package includes use of The Stone House, bistro patio, porches, and surrounding outdoor areas. 
  • Bundle Packages include everything that’s in The Stone House Package PLUS The Ruby Theater, which is a fantastic addition to any Special Event. Can be used for cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, watching movies, home-videos, slideshows, sporting events, karaoke, live performances, as a photo-booth, etc. It also adds an additional bathroom, which guests always appreciate.
  • Includes a 1-hour, onsite Planning Session during which one of our knowledgeable staff members will work through the details of your day to ensure that your vision comes to fruition.
  • Music of your choosing will be played for you throughout your event. We have an excellent sound system with speakers everywhere that allow for continuity of sound for your guests wherever they go inside or out. So, unless you just had your heart set on spending money on a DJ...
  • The Stone House is lightly decorated with silk flowers and lots of flameless candles. You can use our decor as is or add to it with decor of your own.
  • Use of our gourmet kitchen for heating, plating, and serving food prepared offsite. The kitchen is well stocked with serving dishes, bowls, platters and serving utensils, including wooden and marble charcuterie boards, an extensive collection of glass vases, vintage silver champagne buckets and punch bowls for icing wine or champagne, and much more, available for you to use at no charge.
  • Our refrigerator/freezer will be empty and ready for you to use upon arrival.
  • We have an array of beautiful cake stands in various heights and sizes (both glass and embossed metal), easels for signs (large and small), some floral décor, and a gorgeous antique wooden Monk’s table to use as a cake and toasting table, buffet table for dinner service, etc.
  • We provide metal garden tables and chairs for outdoor dining (with seating for up to 50 guests). We also have five 6'-folding tables, two 6' picnic tables if additional tables are needed outdoor dining, or for food or beverage service. 
  • There are numerous buffet and serving tables, including a beautiful, large farm table on the patio, an eclectic collection of outdoor table lanterns & candle holders, flameless candles, four galvanized drink troughs in various sizes, an insulated ice-cart for clean ice, and a small freezer on the patio for storing bags of ice (in addition to space in the kitchen freezer). 
  • A catalog of available tables & chairs, buffets, serving tables, serving dishes, etc., as well as etc., will be provided. 
  • We do not provide linens.
  • We are happy to provide recommendations for affordable event rental companies should you need tables & chairs beyond what we provide, linens, other event décor, large outdoor game rentals, margarita machines, etc.

A Few Things to Know About this Package

  • This is a DIY event, and as such (aside from certain aspects of set up which are provided by the venue) you and/or your helpers are responsible for your set up, including table settings and other décor, food & beverage set up and service, etc. 
  • You and/or your caterer are responsible for providing all food, beverages, disposable plates, beverage cups, napkins, utensils, etc., and ice.
  • An HH&A staff member will be here before you arrive onsite. They will be present for the first hour to answer questions from your helpers and vendors and direct them as necessary, so you don’t have to, and so that your vision is properly executed.
  • While our staff member is not considered day-of-event coordinator and will not be present at your event the entire time, they will never leave the property and will be available as needed, and to make playlist changes, throughout the duration of your event. Their role is to assist in making your day go smoothly and ensure that your experience with us is stress-free as possible! But we still don't consider them a day-of event coordinator.

 
 

  • Event Liability Insurance is required. You will find the cost to be extremely reasonable and well worth the peace of mind it provides. Among other things, this insurance includes Host Liquor Liability coverage, so we allow for BYOB without the mandate of a TABC bartender. 
  • Onsite Security is required if alcohol is being served, and/or if the total number of persons in attendance at your event is 30 or more, regardless of whether or not alcohol is being served (some exceptions apply and are at the discretion of HH&A’s venue management).
  • There are two bathrooms in The Stone House; a guest bathroom and a full bathroom with a shower. There is an additional guest bathroom located in the Ruby Chapel/Private Movie Theater, which is available when booking a Bundle Package.
  • Climate-controlled indoor spaces.
  • Seasonally appropriate Patio Heaters and Evaporation Coolers are available for use on the patio. 
  • A Fire in the Fireplace may be added as an optional service for coziness and ambience in those chilly winter months.
  • An appropriate number of trash cans and trash bags will be provided by HH&A.
  • Optional Post-Event Cleaning Service. If you would prefer to leave with just the personal items and decor you brought with you let us handle the mess.
  • You will have access to the venue at the Rental Time listed on your Event Rental Agreement, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

An Affair to Remember / Bundle Package

Our Bundle Package includes The Stone House, use of the bistro patio, porches, 3 arbors, and surrounding outdoor areas, PLUS The Ruby Theater (a private movie theater). The Ruby adds a certain je ne sais quoi to Special Events. To be used for cocktail parties, corporate presentations, videos, slideshows, karaoke, live entertainment, as a photo-booth room, for Fantasy Football & other sporting event viewing parties, and more! And, it adds an additional bathroom, which guests always appreciate.

To get the ball rolling, all you need to do is submit the Special Event Inquiry Form located on our Contact Us page. 


Upon submission of your Inquiry Form, you will instantly receive several emails with information about booking one of our Special Event Packages.

2. Schedule a Tour or Call

We would LOVE to show you around in person or talk about your plans and answer questions over the phone so that you can decide if our beautiful venue is a fit for your vision.

 

Please reply to our email with some dates and times that would be convenient for you to come for a tour or get on a call and we will email you a confirmation with a time that works for both of us.

3. Book Your Date & Time

If you LOVE our venue the way we think you will, then it's on to the next step... Pick your package and book your date and time. Easy peasy! 


Once you settle on a date, package, and time, we will email you a Booking Proposal confirming the details of your booking or asking questions if we need additional information. 


Upon your confirmation that the details are correct, we will prepare your Rental Agreement docs, which will be emailed to you along with our payment options. 


When your Rental Agreement docs are signed and your Event Rental Deposit is received, you will become officially BOOKED!
