A Few Things to Know About this Package...

  • Includes 20 Guests.   
  • Up to four guests may be added for an Additional Guest Fee of $40.00 per guest. The maximum total for this package is 24 guests. 
  • Includes a 1-hour Planning Session during which one of our knowledgeable staff members will work through the details of your day to ensure that your vision comes to fruition.
  • Music of your choice is played throughout your event. We have an excellent sound system with speakers throughout that ensure consistent coverage for your guests, inside or out. So, unless you just had your heart set on spending money on a DJ...
  • Chairs for indoor ceremonies will be provided and set up for you by HH&A. 
  • HH&A does not provide chairs for our outdoor arbors; you must rent them. We are happy to provide recommendations for affordable event rental companies.
  • The Stone House Chapel is lightly decorated with silk flowers and lots of flameless candles. You can use our decor as is or add some accents of your own.
  • We offer an array of beautiful cake stands in various heights and sizes (both glass and embossed metal), along with a gorgeous antique wooden "Monk’s" table to use as your cake and toasting table.
  • We have a multitude of serving platters and utensils, wooden and marble charcuterie boards, an extensive collection of glass vases, vintage silver champagne buckets and punch bowls for icing wine or champagne bottles, easels for signs (large and small), some floral décor, and much more, available for you to use at no charge.
  • We provide garden tables and chairs for outdoor dining, plus five 6'-folding tables, two 6' picnic tables if additional outdoor seating is needed, numerous buffet and serving tables, including a beautiful, large farm table, an eclectic collection of outdoor table lanterns, candle holders, and flameless candles, four galvanized drink troughs in various sizes, an insulated ice-cart for clean ice, and a small freezer on the patio for storing bags of ice. 
  • We do not provide linens.
  • This package includes a wedding ceremony and a DIY reception. Meaning, (aside from certain aspects of setup which are provided by the venue), you and/or your helpers are responsible for your setup, including table settings and other décor, food, cake, and beverage setup and service, etc.

  • A staff member will be on-site when you arrive. They will be available to answer questions from your helpers and vendors and to direct them as needed, so you don’t have to, ensuring your vision is executed as intended. 
  • When it’s time for your ceremony, an HH&A staff member will line up the bride, groom, and wedding party for the wedding processional. They will play your music throughout your event, and later they will drive the bride around the property on our golf cart during your couple’s photoshoot. 
  • While our staff member is not a day-of-wedding coordinator and will not be at your event the entire time, they will never leave the property and will be available as needed throughout your big day. Our goal is to do everything we can to help your day go smoothly and ensure it is as stress-free as possible! But we still don't consider ourselves your day-of wedding coordinator.
  • We love marrying people and are happy to offer our in-house officiant services for $225.00. We are also pleased to provide you with our list of referrals for outside officiants. 
  • Wedding Liability Insurance is required. Among other things, this insurance provides Host Liquor Liability coverage; we do not require a TABC bartender. 
  • On-site security is required if alcohol is being served, and/or if the total number of people in attendance is 30 or more, regardless of whether or not alcohol is being served (some exceptions apply and are at the discretion of HH&A’s venue management).
  • Climate-controlled indoor spaces.
  • There are two bathrooms in The Stone House: a guest bathroom and a dedicated bathroom in the Bridal Dressing Room. There is a third bathroom located in the Ruby Chapel/Private Movie Theater.
  • HH&A will provide an appropriate number of trash cans with trash bags.
  • Seasonally appropriate Patio Heaters and Evaporation Coolers are available for use on the patio. You are responsible for providing propane for the heaters. You can bring your own propane tanks or rent ours.
  • A Fire in the Fireplace may be added as an optional service to enhance coziness and ambience during the chilly winter months.
  • Optional Post-Event Cleaning Service. If you would prefer to leave with only the items you brought, let us handle the rest.
  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

Butterfly Kiss / Stone House Package

Includes The Stone House Chapel, bistro patio, porches, 3 arbors, and the surrounding outdoor areas, which may also be used as reception areas and for photos. Your ceremony may be held in The Stone House Chapel or outdoors at our Courtyard Arbor, Meadow Arbor, or Patio Bistro Arbor. Once you've booked your wedding we will schedule a Planning Session, at which we will work out the details of your day.

Butterfly Kiss / Bundle Package

With our Bundle Packages, you get everything that’s included in The Stone House Pkg, PLUS The Ruby Chapel/Private Movie Theater. The Ruby is a fantastic space for the Groom & Groomsmen’s dressing room and pre-ceremony hangout. It may also be used as additional reception space for cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, showing videos, watching sporting events or slideshows, karaoke, live performances, as a photo-booth room, and more. Plus, it adds an additional bathroom, which guests always appreciate.

Upon submission of your Inquiry Form, you will instantly receive several emails with information about booking one of our Micro-Wedding & Reception Packages.

2. Schedule a Tour or a Call

We would LOVE to show you around in person or talk about your plans and answer questions over the phone so that you can decide if our beautiful venue is a fit for your vision.

 

Please reply to our email with some dates and times that would be convenient for you to come for a tour or get on a call and we will email you a confirmation with a time that works for both of us.

3. Book Your Date & Time

If you LOVE our venue the way we think you will, then it's on to the next step... Pick your package and book your date and time. Easy peasy! 


Once you settle on a date, package, and time, we will email you a Booking Proposal confirming the details of your booking or asking questions if we need additional information. 


Upon your confirmation that the details are correct, we will prepare your Rental Agreement docs, which will be emailed to you along with our payment options. 


When your Rental Agreement docs are signed and your Event Rental Deposit is received, you will become officially BOOKED!
